Terms of service & company policy
All transactions for goods and/or services offered by Jennifer James Beauty® are bound by the
particulars stated, per the description of said good(s) and or service(s) as agreed upon by
client/customer and as stated in offer/transaction form provided by Jennifer James Beauty®.
Agreement(s) consist of sale completed through payments authorization sent to Jennifer James
Beauty® by customer/client and will be processed according to policy set by Jennifer James Beauty®
and Pay Pal. Agreement(s) will be per original documentation of transaction, which Jennifer James
Beauty has the sole responsibility for accuracy in stating of the details of said transaction.
Discrepancies are to be resolved through correspondence from client/customer complainant to Jennifer
James Beauty® within 60days of completion of original transaction. Transactions are and include: goods
& services purchased from Jennifer James Beauty®. *Cancellation (s) initiated by Jennifer James
Beauty®, of services of goods automatically begins refund process. Correspondences requesting
refunds shall include full details of matter which customer/client wishes to resolve & must be sent to
info@JenniferJamesBeauty.com
It will be the responsibility of Jennifer James Beauty® to answer the specifics of the discrepancy within 30
days of the receipt of client/customer's communication. Payments made for goods & or services are
redeemable for different merchandise/goods/services/classes. It is the responsibility of Jennifer James
Beauty® to inform client/customer of available options for resolution of discrepancies.
Resolution of claim is/will be the responsibility of Jennifer James Beauty® and will be within a reasonable
standard of trade practices existent within the beauty/cosmetics goods & services industry.
Jennifer James Beauty® reserves the right to seek representative counsel in any matter which may be
of greater scale than the typical discrepancy handled by Jennifer James Beauty® This scale is
determined through information provided solely by Jennifer James Beauty® based upon company
documentation of transaction history, customer ratings, inquiries and sales data.
Jennifer James Beauty® reserves the right to augment any changes to company policy at any time.
